Welcome to FactSphere. By creating an account or using our site, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before you sign up.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate, current information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If we learn an account was created by someone under 13, we will remove it.

2. Acceptable use

FactSphere is a place for curiosity and friendly competition. You agree not to:

  • post or submit content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or misleading;
  • attempt to cheat, manipulate scores, or abuse the trivia or credit systems;
  • scrape, copy, or redistribute site content without permission;
  • use the service to send spam or impersonate another person.

Submitted facts and trivia are reviewed before they appear. We may reject, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion, and repeat violations may result in a ban.

3. Content & ownership

You retain ownership of the facts and trivia you submit, but grant FactSphere a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and adapt that content within the service. Content generated by our AI conversion tools is produced from existing platform content and is reviewed before publication.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Paid tiers are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment provider until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled at our discretion — contact us if a charge seems incorrect. Store credits and cosmetics have no cash value and are non-refundable.

5. Disclaimers

FactSphere is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work to keep facts accurate and reviewed, but we do not guarantee that every entry is error-free. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
